HATHA YOGA

YIN YOGA
In the words of Chinese medicinal philosophy, yin yoga is the cooling contrast to the other "yang" (heating) yoga practices. The sequences involve long intense holds that are done close to the ground. Like a deep massage, the postures may induce intense sensation followed by cathartic release.
